FREE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OVER £25
For orders under £25 the following charges apply:
Delivery is Free within the UK for all orders over £25.00.
For orders under 25.00 we charge a standard UK delivery of £2.00. Please contact us if you require next day delivery.
DISPATCH OF ALL ORDERS: We always aim to dispatch all stock items within 48 hours of when your order is processed through the web site. There may be the odd occasion when this may not happen due to unforeseen circumstances. If this is the case, we will always try to either send an email to advise you of any changes. If something is out of stock you will be advised of the expected delivery date again we will always keep you informed.
ARRIVAL OF ALL ORDERS: The majority of our goods are sent via Royal Mail. All sterling silver jewellery orders will require a signature. We always aim to send your goods by the quickest possible delivery method but we can not be responsible for delays due to the Royal Mail service. Most deliveries will be delivered to you within 4 working days but during busy periods like Christmas, these deliveries may take a day or two longer. If you require guaranteed next day delivery of any order please contact us to arrange for it to be sent by special delivery (additional payment may be required). If you require a tracking number for sterling silver jewellery please email us to request this information. All sterling silver are sent with a tracking number and all our packets require a signature upon delivery. If you are not going to be in to receive your goods please contact the sales office on 01908 217025 where goods can be re-directed to somewhere where a signature can be obtained.
For larger deliveries we send through a carrier. We will contact you with details of the carrier once dispatched.
POSTAL STRIKES - Please see our home page for any information on postal strikes. Our dispatch times will be affected during any form of industrial action from the Royal Mail. We will update our home page in the event of any industrial action. We will also offer an alternative carrier during these times at a fixed cost to yourself.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: For international rates please select the International rate when purchasing your order. Where you have selected ‘International' this is an uninsured service and you (The Customer) takes the responsibility of the parcel going astray during post. The Company will only accept liability for goods where the customer has paid for ‘Airmail Insured’ or a courier service is asked for.
Items returned within 21 days
The law gives you seven working days to change your mind and cancel an order.
However, Inspire Creations allows returns up to 21 days after delivery. There are some exceptions (see bold text below). If you decide you do not want the goods you need to inform us in writing within 21 days of delivery by fax or email. A telephone call is not enough.
Remember that you have a duty of care for the products during the cancellation period and need to return them to us at your own cost. For your own benefit it is advisable to obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for any returned items not arriving here safely. Where we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you.
For reasons of hygiene, we cannot provide a refund or replacement for earrings or items of body jewellery unless the return is a result of our error or if the goods supplied are shown to be faulty
Items that show signs of wear or have been, resized, engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Damaged goods due to customers negligence will not be accepted. A personalised or engraved item will not be accepted for return. Inspire Creations will not be held liable for faults or consequences caused by your misuse, negligent handling or improper care or use of the goods
Should you require an exchanged item, a different sized ring for example, we will charge £3.50 to cover the return postage.
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase up to 21 days after delivery, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund only the cost of the item less our costs of delivery. We will not refund the cost of delivery or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase. Again you have a duty of care for the products during this cancellation period. Any items returned after 21 days of delivery will be refunded at our discretion. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If the item is received damaged or defective
We make every effort to ensure that all goods dispatched are in excellent condition. Should there be a problem or fault with any of our goods please return them within 14 days to the following address, any returns out of this period will be at our discretion: Inspire Creations, 2 Deben Close, Newport Pagnell, Mk16 9DU.
It is unusual for our jewellery to be faulty however in the event of this happening all goods are covered by a three month guarantee from our date of sale against manufacturing faults. We will exchange, repair, or issue a credit for the faulty item at our discretion. This guarantee does not cover customer neglect or damage.
Please ensure that goods are adequately packaged when being returned. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded or special delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.
