        When will my order be dispatched/arrive?

        DISPATCH OF ALL ORDERS: We always aim to dispatch all stock items within 48 hours of when your order is processed through the web site. There may be the odd occasion when this may not happen due to unforeseen circumstances. If this is the case, we will always try to either send an email to advise you of any changes. If something is out of stock you will be advised of the expected delivery date again we will always keep you informed.

        ARRIVAL OF ALL ORDERS: The majority of our goods are sent via Royal Mail. All sterling silver jewellery orders will require a signature. We always aim to send your goods by the quickest possible delivery method but we can not be responsible for delays due to the Royal Mail service. Most deliveries will be delivered to you within 4 working days but during busy periods like Christmas, these deliveries may take a day or two longer. If you require guaranteed next day delivery of any order please contact us to arrange for it to be sent by special delivery (additional payment may be required). If you require a tracking number for sterling silver jewellery please email us to request this information. All sterling silver are sent with a tracking number and all our packets require a signature upon delivery. If you are not going to be in to receive your goods please contact the sales office on 01908 217025 where goods can be re-directed to somewhere where a signature can be obtained.

        For larger deliveries we send through a carrier. We will contact you with details of the carrier once dispatched.

        POSTAL STRIKES - Please see our home page for any information on postal strikes. Our dispatch times will be affected during any form of industrial action from Royal Mail. We will update our home page in the event of any industrial action. We will also offer an alternative carrier during these times at a fixed cost to yourself. This is normally £10.

        Delivery is Free within the UK for all orders over £60.00.

        INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: For international rates please contact us as there maybe additional postage to pay with your order. We always try to keep these charges to a minimum.

        What is your refund policy? Can I return goods?

        YES! We offer a full money back guarantee to our customers. Please ensure items are returned within 21 days of delivery. Your payment will be credited back to you when all items are returned in their original packing, unworn and with out any alterations.

        We have a 21 day return policy. However, we cannot accept earrings back. Once purchased they cannot be sent back for hygiene reasons. Click here to see our full returns policy.

        Can I order outside the UK?

        We try to help all our customers both nationally and internationally. Please contact with details of what you would like to order and we will inform you of the delivery costs. However, once us for details of delivery cost.

        What payment options do you have ?

        We provide three methods of payment.
        1. credit card - using either Paypal or Google Checkout facility this means we can get the items to you quickly as there are no delays in payment.
        2. cheques - Your order will reserve the items you require. However, they will not be despatched until the cheque has been deposited and the funds released to us. In addition, once the order has been placed the cheque must be sent to us within 7 working days.
        3. Bank Transfer - Your order will reserve the items you require. However, they will not be despatched until the transfer has been completed. In addition, once the order has been placed the transfer must be made within 7 working days.

        What does sterling silver mean?

        Apart from our African Hope and a Future jewellery range, all our jewellery is 925 sterling silver. Silver is a soft metal, which means other stronger metals must be added to give the silver strength. Most silver jewellery comprises 92.5 percent silver and 7.5 percent copper. The addition of the copper strengthens the silver and results in a precious metal that is perfect for fashionable and durable jewellery.

        What does C/Z (Cubic Zirconia) mean?

        Also known as CZ or CZ diamonds, Cubic Zirconia is a more affordable alternative to genuine diamonds. It is the most prominent choice among all fake diamonds. They can come in a range of colours and are an excellent and affordable alternative to other precious gemstones.

        How do I order from your website?

        Shopping on our site is simple. Just browse thought our ranges and click the 'Add to Cart'' button against the item you wish to purchase. You can choose to view all items by scrolling down the page (or use the page down button on your keyboard). When you see an item that interests you, can obtain more details by double clicking on the picture. You will then see a bigger image.

        The item may be available in different sizes, or colours - if this is the case use the “Select” drop down menu to pick the size or colour your require. For our girls and women's sterling silver ranges you will be asked to select a message card to send out with your jewellery. You may also be asked to select a chain length, or the colour you require a swarovski crystal in. In all cases, there will be icons on the screen that when clicked will give you full details of your options.

        How are your gifts packaged?

        Can I change the size of the chain?

        If the necklace can be ordered with various chain sizes they will be displayed when you purchase the jewellery. If you require a size chain on a perticular item that we have not indicated can change length then please e-mail us and we will do our best to help you. info@inspirecreations.org

        What do your prices include?

        Prices are in UK pounds sterling and include V.A.T. at 17.5%. Prices include a presentation box and with our sterling silver jewellery a name and meaning card and gift card are also included. Delivery is not included.

        Do you sell to wholesalers?

        Yes. We sell some of our jewellery to wholesalers at reduced prices. Please contact us direct for details on our trade policies. Please note that we will only sell to genuine trade companies. emmabeaney@inspirecreations.org.uk

        Do you have a shop?

        No. Our shop is based on-line so that you can order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, our products are puchased by organisations within the trade, so you may see them in the shops.

        I have a complaint. What can I do?

        How can I contact Inspire Creations?

        Our preferred contact is through - mail and we aim to respond within 12 hours during business hours, but generally we will respond a lot sooner. You can telephone us but please note after office hours the phones are diverted to our home and we do have young children. But if you have a problem or need an order urgently, please don't hesitate to call.
        What is your Minimum Order?
        Our minimum order requirement is just £5.00.
        Do I have to order on the web site?
        NO, We are happy to take your order on the phone, by fax, by e mail, by post. Please contact us to make an order or if you would like to have an order form sent to you. When we receive your order, we will then contact you to take payment. Orders will only be dispatched when funds are clear we do not offer accounts.
        Can I use your pictures and descriptions?

        All pictures and content of the Inspire Creations web site are copyright of Inspire Creations. Please e mail us before copying any of the information contained on our products or website. 

        Is the payment secure?
        Yes. We use Paypal and Google Checkout to process payments. Both these companies have are specialists and reliable when processing payments.
         
        By using this method of payment our customers can relax, knowing that they can shop in confidence, because the very latest in internet credit card security is in place. You can tell if the page you enter your card details is secure because there will normally be a small padlock symbol in the bottom right hand corner of your browser window.
         
        Your card details will be approved or declined on the spot, so you will not be left wondering whether your order has been accepted. A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm how much your card has been debited.
         
        Please DO NOT send credit card details by e-mail. Our online store includes a considerable level of security that is not included in e-mail.
        How do I know my ring size
        The best way is to go to a normal high street 'bricks and mortar jewellers' and ask them to measure your finger with a special gauge.
